Local Volunteer ProgramsThere are volunteer literacy programs all over the state. See below to find the one closest to you. If you don't see one, consider starting one yourself!To view a map of the different Oregon Counties click here. Call Oregon Literacy for advice and assistance. Volunteer Councils run on very little money, and most of them have no staff. They service the community through donations by individuals, foundations and corporations, and by the hard work of hundreds of volunteers.
