Customer Number If you have ordered from us before, you will find your customer number on past invoices. If you are a new customer, we will assign you a customer number. PO Number Many of our college customers need to submit a PO number with every order. If you don't have or need one, just leave this field blank. ISBN If you have a copy of the Oregon Literacy Bookstore Catalog, the ISBN number is listed next to the title and the price. If you have a copy of the book you are ordering, the ISBN number can be found on the back cover. Or, visit our inventory list, which lists the ISBN number next to the title. Quantity Enter the number of copies per book. Title/Level Be very specific in this field: What is the title of the book? What level book are you ordering? Is it a Teacher's Manual or a Student's Manual or a Workbook? Is it a special version [new, basic, etc.]? If the ISBN number does not match the title, you will be contacted by the bookstore before your order is processed. Unit Price This field is optional. All customers should remember that Oregon Literacy orders from several publishers, each of whom update their prices twice a year. As a result, our catalog and prices are updated several times each year. If you choose to enter a price, use the "comment" section at the bottom of the form to enter the date of catalog you are using [on the inside cover, upper right corner]. If you are ordering from a catalog with outdated prices, we will send a new catalog with your order. You will be charged our current bookstore prices, regardless of which catalog you are using. If you are sure you need a new catalog, go here to order the most recent catalog. Total Amount This field is optional. If you choose to fill it in, it is the Unit Price multiplied by the Quantity. Payment The Oregon Literacy Bookstore accepts cash and checks. We do not accept credit or debit cards. When you submit your order, we will ship all in-stock items within one working day. Your shipment will contain your bill, which will include shipping and handling costs. Return the bill with payment within 30 days.
