The second tutor training workshop organized by the Teaching Projects Committee was conducted at the Vernon Presbyterian Church in 1967. To attract potential volunteers the workshop was advertised in newspapers, in a newsletter distributed by the Council of Churches, and in a bulletin at the Vernon Presbyterian Church. To the left is a copy of the advertisement that appeared in the church bulletin.

To the left is a photo from the third training workshop, which was also held in 1967. It took place at Marylhurst College, and it was attended by eight retired sisters from the Holy Name of Jesus Convent.
